4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 cups chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) bag Birds Eye® Recipe Ready Chopped Celery
2 cups stuffing mix
1 apple, cored and diced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.* Remove chicken from pan.

  2. Add broth and Recipe Ready Celery to skillet, bring to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling 1 minute. Stir in stuffing mix and apple. Remove from heat.

  3. Arrange chicken in skillet and sprinkle with cheese. Stand covered 5 minutes.
