Ingredients

2 ⅔ cups water
1 cup white sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle pineapple juice, chilled
5 ⅓ cups cranberry-apple juice, chilled
1 ⅓ liters ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine water, sugar, and cinnamon together in a saucepan, bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon syrup from heat and chill.

  2. Mix cinnamon syrup, pineapple juice, cranberry-apple juice, and ginger ale together in a punch bowl, stir well.

This is a delicious punch that my husband's cousin served at her annual Christmas party. Although it is called 'Christmas Punch' you could serve it any time of the year. It's super yummy! Try it!
