½ cup chopped green bell pepper

8 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 ounces corned beef, diced

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil and butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in bell peppers and garlic, cook for 3 minutes. Add potatoes, corned beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and corned beef is browned, about 16 minutes.
