4 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1 orange - peeled, seeded, and segmented
½ red grapefruit - peeled, seeded, and segmented
2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste

Directions

  1. Place strawberries, orange segments, and grapefruit segments on a baking tray and freeze for 1 hour.

  2. Transfer fruit to a food processor, puree until smooth. Pour into a lidded container and stir in sugar. Cover container and freeze for 2 hours. Remove and stir sorbet, return to freezer until set, 1 to 2 hours.
