Directions

  1. Place pork roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.

  2. Mix water and taco seasoning together in a separate bowl and pour over pork, add green chiles.

  3. Cover and cook on Low until fork-tender, about 8 hours. Remove pork and shred with 2 forks.
