1 pound ground turkey
⅓ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 ounce) package assorted frozen vegetables, thawed
4 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add turkey, cook and stir for 4 minutes. Mix in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, continue cooking until meat is browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes. Drain fat from skillet. Stir in cooked vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Transfer beef and vegetables to a casserole dish. Cover with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
