2 cups milk
3 tablespoons honey
¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup pumpkin puree
⅓ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ cup toasted chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In large saucepan set over medium heat, stir together oats, milk, honey, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in pumpkin puree and heat through. Divide evenly among 4 bowls, top with dollop of yogurt and sprinkle with pecans.
