1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

  2. Mix mashed sweet potatoes, white sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt together, transfer potato mixture to the prepared baking dish.

  3. Mix brown sugar and flour for topping together in a large bowl. Add pecans, coconut, and butter, mix until well combined. Sprinkle over the casserole.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until topping is golden brown, about 25 minutes.
