2 (4 ounce) bars Ghirardelli 100% unsweetened cacao baking bar, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with waxed paper.

  2. Place all chocolate in a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. Stir occasionally until melted. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined. Mix in the pecans.

  3. Spread fudge evenly into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
