2 cups mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives with red jalapeno
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons kosher salt, or more to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon chipotle pepper powder
2 hard-boiled eggs

Directions

  1. Stir mayonnaise, olives, tomato paste, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chipotle pepper powder together in a bowl.

  2. Crumble egg yolks into mayonnaise mixture. Chop whites and stir into mayonnaise mixture until dressing is thick and creamy. Season with kosher salt and pepper as needed, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator until flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.

Recipe Note

For a great Thousand Island dressing with a very slight kick in spice. The sliced black olives in the jalapeno are a great addition.
