Recipe Note

This one's like a Manhattan with Dubonnet® and Cointreau® in place of sweet vermouth. Dubonnet® is a fortified red wine, flavored with herbs and fruit and cinchona bark. Rye whiskey can be used in place of bourbon if desired.
