Directions

  1. Beat Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sherry, curry powder, and salt together in a bowl, spread onto a serving platter into a 1/2-inch layer. Cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.

  2. Spread chutney over cheese layer and top with green onion.
