1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Diced Potatoes with Onion
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 2 quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray*. In small skillet cook bacon until crisp, drain grease. Chop bacon.

  2. In large bowl stir bacon and all remaining ingredients until well blended. Spread mixture into prepared dish. Cover, bake 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
