1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon butter
2 zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 cups water
1 (5.5 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium to medium-high heat, stirring to crumble. Transfer browned beef to a bowl.

  2. Melt butter the same skillet, add zucchini and saute until just slightly softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Return ground beef to skillet along with dried onions, water, Knorr® Rice SidesTM- Beef, chopped tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 7 minutes. Top with cheese. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
