Ingredients

1 (900 ml) carton CAMPBELL'S® 30% Less Sodium Ready To Use Seafood Broth
1 (16 ounce) package medium pasta shells
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) can tuna
2 stalks celery stalks with leaves, sliced
½ medium red onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
¼ cup finely chopped parsley

Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring broth and pasta to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 10 minutes. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the tuna, celery stalks and leaves, onion, and cooled pasta, season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Toss to combine.
