Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray asparagus with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt and pepper over asparagus and drizzle vinegar on top.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until tender, 10 to 12 minutes.

I was looking for a way to use up my red wine vinegar and found this to be quite easy and tasty, especially with a good glass of white wine to drink. I paired this with seasoned chicken breast over tomato and olive oil pasta.
