1 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 large eggs
¼ cup brown sugar
4 slices cinnamon raisin bread, cut into cubes
⅔ cup quick-cooking oats
3 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine applesauce, milk, eggs and brown sugar in medium bowl. Whisk until well combined.

  2. Gently stir in bread cubes until well moistened. Pour mixture into lightly greased 8x8-inch baking pan.

  3. Mix quick-cooking oats, 3 tablespoons brown sugar and ground cinnamon until thoroughly combined and add to top of bread mixture.

  4. Bake 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm.
