Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

  2. Combine olive oil, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in a medium bowl, mix until well combined. Brush sauce, using a pastry brush, onto 1 side of each chicken breast, making sure chicken is well covered.

  3. Place chicken, sauce-side up, on the preheated grill. Cook for 10 minutes, flip over, and brush sauce on the other side. Discard any unused sauce. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
