¾ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces cooked and peeled baby shrimp

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

  2. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, chives, and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Stir in shrimp. Pour into an 8x8-inch baking dish and top with remaining Cheddar cheese.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
